You'll need a department email address to use the portal. If your department doesn't have one, ask your IT support person to create one, then contact Transportation Services (360-650-2945 or transportation@wwu.edu) to have your department account set up. Once confirmed:
- Log in with your department email
- Create a password
- Confirm via the email sent to your department account
- Select "Get Permits"
- Enter the name of the department employee making the purchase in the Permit Purchaser field
Departments must provide a fast index or FOAPAL with each request. Cancellations must be submitted at least 1 hour before arrival time by emailing transportation@wwu.edu.
All Guest Permits are subject to audit by Transportation Services, WWU Internal Auditors, and External/State Auditors. Submitting a request confirms you have your budget authority's approval.
