Missed the Permit Renewal Deadline?

If you missed the permit renewal deadline, your designated permit may no longer appear in the parking portal. This does not necessarily mean you are ineligible for a permit.

How to Proceed

Log in to the parking portal to check permit availability.

  • If your designated permit is available, follow the prompts on the portal to complete your purchase.
  • If your designated permit is not listed, contact the Transportation Office for assistance.

Before You Contact Us

Please have the following information ready:

  • Your name and university status (staff, student, etc.)
  • University ID number
  • Requested permit or parking lot

Transportation staff will review your account and provide available permit options.
