Loading Zones

Loading zones are marked for temporary access. 20 minutes standard, though you can stay longer if you're actively loading. These spaces are strictly monitored.

Need a loading zone for longer than that, like for a move or a scheduled delivery? Contact Transportation Services in advance at (360) 650-2945 or Transportation@wwu.edu.

Department and University Vehicles

Department-reserved spaces are reserved for that department's use only. WWU vehicles don't need a permit to park on campus, but they still have to follow parking regulations — no parking in ADA spaces, fire lanes, department-reserved spaces, personal-reserved spaces, or loading zones beyond 20 minutes.

Motorcycle Permits

Have a motorcycle? You can add it to your existing C or R lot permit at no extra cost — no separate motorcycle permit needed.
