How to join with WWU discount
Go to zipcar.com/universities/western-washington-university, and select Student, Faculty/Staff, or Alumni membership. Sign up with your Western email and verify your identity. you will need your driver's license, payment method, and a selfie.

All students, faculty, staff, and alumni over the age of 18, including international students, are eligible to sign up for Zipcar.

Students, faculty, and staff pay $35/year; alumni pay $55/year for the discounted membership, which gives access to rent all Zipcars. There is no application fee.
Hourly and daily rates vary by time, day, location, and vehicle, but are generally around $14/hour and $112/day.
A young driver fee applies for drivers under 25: ages 18–20 pay $1.50/hour or $12/day; ages 20–24 pay $0.75/hour or $6/day.
Western Washington University has two Zipcars on campus: one in parking lot 11G (near High Street Hall), and one in 12G (near Fairhaven College).
